A very nice hotel. Close to everything you want to do up in Atlanta. Rooms are nice and clean. Service was fantastic. The only downside was the parking. Both valet and self parking was full. We had to park across the street.

Had a great experience overall only downside was valet was so slow bringing my car down but would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not very clean, musty, no hot water- only luke warm, strange loud night time mechanical noises, couldn't check in for more than two hours due to computers being down, security risks-examples: husband's room card wouldn't let him out of parking, sat with angry people behind him for 15 minutes, even after pushing all the call buttons, homeless people begging for "something" outside of hotel when we stepped out, neither rooftop or trader Vic restaurant was open Sunday or Monday, and toilet flushing requires wiggling handle, etc... read more

So after we tried to check in our room and was told the computers were down and they couldn't issue us a key. I called customer service they issued us a key to a wrong room. THEN my wife walked in on a couple having sex. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by security that he was busy and couldn't speak with me. He was too busy������. There is a mysterious $25 charge for "just in case of any parking incident" that they don't give back after check out. The clerk said it was to go against the $28 fee for the parking lot, and only have to paid the difference, but they charge the $28, plus the $25 !!! Toilets don't flush well !!!

First off I was disappointed because a pool was advertised and their wasn't one when we arrived. Then the fee to park was $28 dollars a nite!! I'll be staying at the Marriott from now on when I come to downtown Atlanta. My family had to look at the people out the window at the Marriott have a good time at the pool �
