We had a great experience! Definitely plan on coming back again! Highly recommended!
We arrived on Friday. The beds are small. Definitely not queen beds. Pool is across the street. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. Parking is expensive. Our air was broken also.
Beautiful place inside. We did not want for anything valet was everywhere. Excellent place to stay!!
This was a very nice hotel. Bring on the 27th floor was amazing. We came from Federal Way, Washington. People were very friendly. Quiet and peaceful and the bed was so comfortable. ��
Nice hotel for location and views. Hilton reservations should tell you they don't have a pool when you ask. Room service is not good food and overly priced. Parking very expensive and no pool or amenities. Had to call to ask for my room to be clean even though the maid was across the hall. Her response was "that's not on my schedule so no". Also came to change our tv to a larger one without giving any notice. One phone in the room didn't work properly so calling the desk was difficult.
We're are getting back to Downtown right after the game.
I enjoyed my stay. The people made My stay comfortable and effortless. I was sad be they put a smile of my face. Thank you for a great experience.
I stayed on the 25 floor and the room was amazing!! Great view of the city!! #blessed
Everything was Awesome... I was on a business trip the check-in was smooth and everyone was friendly.... my room was upgraded the concierge was very helpful... I needed to print a item and the printer was down he helped me by allowing me to use his printer ... the breakfast was delicious... house keeper was friendly ... even with a full house they noise level was controlled... I will love to stay at this property again
