Great location however the room was really dusty and the pillows were a little small. I liked the gym but was sad that they had no pool. The staff was nice
They lost my laundry. I persistently sent notes to lauren thompson, nicholas pyles and even the gm brad. So far no success and has been almost 2 weeks now. Worst service and i regret staying at hilton despite being the hilton honor silver member.
From the moment we pulled up, I was impressed. The valet was attentive...the staff at registration were polite & efficient...I even had my own personal concierge person texting me through my stay to check on us. We will definitely stay here again.
Staff was nice and room was as expected except for the lack of hot water
Everything was great and the room was big and clean the valet parking was just to much 36$ a day !
Great location. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. Very prompt, helpful consiergie. Pet friendly.
