The Wifi was weak and kept disconnecting through the hotel. The Honors wifi wasn't available in the conference area, and that's what I was there for. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Inefficient traffic flow at the morning coffee shop. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Restaurants in the hotel were decent. Walkable to restaurants in the area. Concierge was fabulous.
Old and needs to be refurbished. Take yhe walk on the skybridge over to the Mariot, and it a totaly different feel. Had we know that they were connected we would of stayed there and my wife could have easily attended the conference at the Hilton.
We had a fabulous stay in downtown!! The rooms offered an amazing view of ATL from the top floors. We will be back 👍
First of all, there are plenty of dust bunnies under both bed. They are not new these have been growing for awhile. Then I kept looking at the floor in the corner next to the head of the bed what I thought was a fish scale, until I turned it over and it was a fake nail. Thirdly, the bed comfort was dingy. I found out from one of the staff that this was the hotel that excepted the flood victims with there pets. It’s okay to have your pet. But One must wander what type of cleaning was done after the 1000 pets checked out.
