The service and the attention is absolutely amazing. Rooms are confortable and clean, bathrooms are clean, beds super confortable. I absolutely recommend the stay in this Hotel.

Horrible hotel. Black mold in room 2122. Had to leave hotel after one night and stay at Marriott Reniassance hotel, should have stayed at Marriott in first place. Was not recognize upon arrival as a Diamond member on arrival, amenities or lack of amenities not explained. I was caught getting all night only to realize it was the mold in bathroom. Seems instead of remediation the mold they just painted over it in shower and let a large mass grow over bath tub. Had to leave hotel. Stay at Marriott , they are in a great location... read more
Just beautiful. Staff caters to your every need. The area is walkable and features lovely old homes and museums. A bonus is that this hotel allows dogs. Nice view from a large balcony.
Loved it!! Always a great time!!
This is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable and inviting. The desk clerks are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and seem to actually care about their guests. The coffee is good. Not sure of the normal breakfast due to my visit being during the Covid issue, but I would venture to say that once things are back to normal it will be just as good as the rest of the hotel. Highly recommend this facility.
Beautiful Hotel and beautiful people too
Cancelled our reservation days before our trip so that they could accommodate booking a large group. I'm sorry but if you don't have room for a group you don't accommodate them by cancelling on people that have already made reservations. Unprofessional.
