No valet or self parking available! Long wait at check in. Being a hilton honors member meant absolutely nothing. Overpriced overrated. Nice beds though. I wouldn't stay here again sorry!
Was such a beautiful hotel!! Got hung up on by the front desk lady, just kinda rude, I thought! The girls at the Espresso bar were a bit confused, the male manager was quick to bark out orders, while standing there with a cup of coffee in his hand, just totally being in the way!! I loved the Hilton, though!! Great rooms and very quiet even when talking and activity are very close by!! I would recommend!!
No Microwaves, Extra unknown charges, rude customer services.
Its a clean nice hotel, nice view,It’s just too much going on for me. As a guest I’m staying there already paying an arm and a leg I have to pay for my parking there too. The marketplace was so expensive. The room was small as well as the beds.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. And the shower was grrreeaaaaat.
service was just ok. the rooms do not have extra seating area like i paid for. no tub in bathroom
Motion activated LED lights on the bottoms of the nightstands make it feel like you're getting pulled over by the cops if you get up to use the restroom at night. Handle on the shower was broken so the handle would rotate from hot to cold on it's own if left unattended. Room wasn't gross, but wasn't super clean either. Bed was not especially comfortable. For the price of the room, I expected more.
