The young lady Jasmine that checked us in was super nice. The doorman the bellhops the valet parking guys everybody at the hotel was super nice it was too many people for me to name because I saw valet Parkers more than once different people. I had a great experience and I will be back again the only bad thing is the bathroom the door swings in instead of swing out so it's in your way.And the water pressure is terrible the water will not stay hot you have to keep adjusting the knob to take a shower so it took me longer than ... read more

Well this is my second year stay at this Hotel during the Honda Battle of the Band. The staff is wonderful and the room is comfortable and big. The view from our room was beautiful.I was in love with the bed. I will be back.

Me, my husband, and our friends made New Year’s Eve plans at this hotel. We had dinner at Nikolai’s roof restaurant and then returned to the valet in order to retrieve our car. Only to find out that the valet had lost the keys and we have now been sitting at the hotel bar waiting for a locksmith for over four hours. Worst night ever. We had plans for later that evening but had to cancel everything to wait on keys to our car to be made!! Never ever stay here and use the valet!!
