Get directionsHorrible Experience. I definitely expected more from a bigger chain hotel in “Downtown” Atlanta. The toilet, tub, and sink was stopped up the first night we got there and maintenance had to come to the room twice in one night to address, which took them at least an hour before doing so. Couple nights in realized refrigerator didn’t work. There was mold in the corners of the tub (new paint job is definitely needed). And the beds appeared to be full size beds instead of the queens in which was booked.

We got to the hotel at 4. Waited an hour in line just to be told the room wasn't ready.We missed about an hour of our event.then after the event was over we went back to the hotel to wait another 45 mins just to check in.Then the hotel wanted to charge me an extra 50.00 dollars.I have never stood in line to check into a hotel before.The room should've been ready and the need to advertise the extra 50 dollar charge.
Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I’ve honestly had better stays at smaller chain hotels. To begin with check in time was at 4 o’clock, so I’m in line at 4 sharp to check in, to which I waited 2 hours in line for check in just find out the rooms are not ready yet! Then once we got in the room we discover the television doesn’t work! I made reservations months in advance because we were attending a Kenny Chesney concert. Got there and they put us in a conference room because they were “sold out”. It didn’t even have beds, and the one pull out sofa it did have (for three people to sleep on) didn’t even have sheets, pillows or blankets. There wasn’t even a proper bathroom. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER book with the Hilton again.

If I could give you zero stars we would. Tried to check in at 4. Waited in a line wrapped around the hotel. Was told if we left t go to our event that we came to Atlanta for that we may lose our room. Now after our event at 12:57 and have waited in line for over 30 minutes to check in. May be another hour to check in. Really unacceptable. And not one person here cares if anyone is inconvenienced. Do not stay here!!!

We had problems with the staff and our toilet was stoped up the whole time we was there. And we had nasty towels in the bathroom! I will never stay there anymore
