While the were people who work here that were unprofessional and rude the main staff corrected it and made me feel respected as customer. I'm a Hilton honors member and I appreciate the service.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was me and my fiancé birthday weekend. Hers Saturday and mines Sunday. Great atmosphere and wonderful guest services. I finally built up the nerves to ride the glass elevator on my last day ���. Thank you Hilton Atlanta for wonderful hospitality.

My experience here was one of a conference dynamic. I thought the staff to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. The concierge was helpful in getting me into downtown Atlanta for clothes shopping that I needed to do. The executive levels were always clean spacious and stocked with snacks and beverages. The downstairs bartender in the lobby level was less than spectacular, specifically when I asked him to put on Fox news which he declined to do so.
