I’m not sure if there is an upgraded area and a older area, but the room I stayed in was definitely outdated. Popcorn ceilings, rusted vents, splattered something on the wood, and broken curtain fixtures. Front staff was rude, room was dirty, weed smell all throughout the hotel. I got all opposites of what I requested for my room and they would not allow me to change after I walked in and immediately called them to change...since I had “already checked in and due to COVID protocols, they couldn’t accommodate me!” Not good cu... read more
I stayed there overnight on Monday. Beautiful hotel and location, super friendly staff. I was super impressed. Thanks for a great experience accommodating my family in two beautiful panoramic view rooms. Until next time. Merry Christmas 🎄

This place is so hospitable and very empathetic!! A great place to have your family when you really need a safe, comfortable, clean, empathetic, and beautiful place to stay. I rate this place 10 stars and 12 Diamonds!!

We loved the hotel. It was clean and the staff was great. The location is right where you want to be.The only thing bad was the restaurants were not open. But there are many right out the door
