The elevators takes forever. I had to wait 20 mins for a elevator (I was on the 9th floor) just to go down to the lobby. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the front desk, the phone line is just busy all the time. The parking garage is super confusing, we couldn’t ever find the car. I will not be staying here again,

This is not a family friendly hotel. It is understaffed and most staff members were rude and seemed annoyed to be at work. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.
nice room & customer service!!!
We were traveling from Florida to Wisconsin. We got through Atlanta about 2:00am. We called multiple hotels that would not accommodate us due to our trailer size and time of night! This hotel accommodated us and was very kind! Staff was super sweet, beds were comfortable and shower was nice and hot! I would definitely return! Thank you!

the staffs were very friendly and the hotel have a nice view at night from your room through your window. is a nice place to stay.
