The elevators takes forever. I had to wait 20 mins for a elevator (I was on the 9th floor) just to go down to the lobby. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the front desk, the phone line is just busy all the time. The parking garage is super confusing, we couldn’t ever find the car. I will not be staying here again,

This is not a family friendly hotel. It is understaffed and most staff members were rude and seemed annoyed to be at work. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.

the staffs were very friendly and the hotel have a nice view at night from your room through your window. is a nice place to stay.

The staff was unprofessional and showed no empathy towards any concerns that was made. The beds were uncomfortable to Where I’m now having lower back aches, the pillows deflated soon as you laid on them (had to request 6 more pillows) just to get a little comfortable, when requested to get fresh towels the wait to receive was 8.5 hours later, the lobby area in the parking garage was disgusting (food and trash thrown everywhere), oh and the internet was the absolute worst (internet kept dropping and buffering) when called the... read more
