My experience was horrible No restaurant , cleaning day was not done , no towels and I was doubled charged which took a week to post to my account. I will not stay at this location next time in New York nor will I recommend it to other stylist during fashion week !!!!! Very disappointed ;(

Cassie at the front desk was amazing! Went above and beyond to accommodate us! The room was so nice and clean! The view was awesome and of course the cookies were warm We were celebrating our wedding Anniversary and Cassie had delivered Wine, Chocolates and a very nice card to our room Breakfast was delicious and more than enough! The housekeeping services were very difficult to get didn’t even get clean towels every days 4 times to get our beds freshened up
Our check in time was 4o’clock and we were not able to get into our room till 11 PM. We waited an hour in the lobby after we got there from the baseball game, for check-in because they were still cleaning the room and putting it together. We stayed only an hour in our room because the guests were so loud that we were not even able to sleep. We had no towels when we got in the room so we called down to get towels and after a half hour of waiting I went down and got my own.
