The staff was unprofessional and showed no empathy towards any concerns that was made. The beds were uncomfortable to Where I’m now having lower back aches, the pillows deflated soon as you laid on them (had to request 6 more pillows) just to get a little comfortable, when requested to get fresh towels the wait to receive was 8.5 hours later, the lobby area in the parking garage was disgusting (food and trash thrown everywhere), oh and the internet was the absolute worst (internet kept dropping and buffering) when called the... read more

The rooms aren’t as advertised in the online photos. Everything in these rooms need to be updated.
This Hilton needs help. Check in was emotionless. Got to room and the kids bed and sheets were covered in food and dirt. All lines for the front desk went to a busy signal. Called their national line and had to try to schedule a new reservation to talk to someone. They finally got someone on the line at the hotel after a 20 minute hold. Half hour later and someone finally shows up with clean sheets and pillows. But no vacuum to get all the crumbs off the bed. Really don't know how to express my gratitude. I have been seeing this post everywhere and a lot of investor's keep saying ''reach out to him''. I eventually did and it turns out to be legit I followed his instructions and invested and within a week I got back a massive interest. I started seeing good results.
