Experience was not good. Under staffed, parking lot was extremely dirty. Elevator wait times were horrible, AC not working well at all

Lovely place to stay. Located in the heart of downtown, it’s not far from attractions, shops & restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful. My only complaints are the parking garage is a little hard to get to, but they do offer valet. Also, they do not offer any streaming services on TV so you’re stuck with basic cable during your stay unless you choose to rent a movie for $20+.

Honestly the room we have is next to the outdoor elevator and you have to keep hearing it go up and down which I’m a light sleeper. Plus personally it has to many fees for parking and checking in and out early or late when you invest so much into Hilton. Positive it is in a okay location walking distance from things and clean and beautiful settings I’ve only been here a couple of hours I’ll write a longer one

Nothing to write home about...not impressed. Bathroom needs to be renovated. if you go do the app check in. One hour to check in too many people checking in at once. Nice city vie with exception of the Gentelmens Club...lol.
