Customer service is WAR, Mark and Amelia remind me of batman meets wonder woman combo! they have a hands on approach to everything, if its mark sitting me down in his own office to work out the kinks with hilton honors to Amelia's limitles patiance for my ignorance of technology and all things related. Experience was not good. Under staffed, parking lot was extremely dirty. Elevator wait times were horrible, AC not working well at all
Lovely place to stay. Located in the heart of downtown, it’s not far from attractions, shops & restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful. My only complaints are the parking garage is a little hard to get to, but they do offer valet. Also, they do not offer any streaming services on TV so you’re stuck with basic cable during your stay unless you choose to rent a movie for $20+.
