The rooms aren’t as advertised in the online photos. Everything in these rooms need to be updated.
This Hilton needs help. Check in was emotionless. Got to room and the kids bed and sheets were covered in food and dirt. All lines for the front desk went to a busy signal. Called their national line and had to try to schedule a new reservation to talk to someone. They finally got someone on the line at the hotel after a 20 minute hold. Half hour later and someone finally shows up with clean sheets and pillows. But no vacuum to get all the crumbs off the bed. Very nice worth every penny
Trash all in parking garage, smells like weed every inch of the place, and shady! Took literally 2.5 hours to eat once we were seated at Trader Vics! Not the classy Hilton I visited years ago! Won’t be back... save your money and go to Ritz or Westin!
Horrible experience! Whole hotel smelled like weed and they took my deposit claiming we damaged the carpet. Won’t give my money back!! The picture they sent me of the “damaged” carpet looks like maintenance grease. The picture was just a square cut out of a piece of carpet and couldn’t even tell it was in my room or not. They said the damaged was found when the next guests checked in a WEEK later!! So housekeeping didn’t inform anyone of the damage If there was any? i loved everything about this hotel😍views, comfy bed..if anything is to be recommend it would be to add a microwave and to set parental controls on the tv..i paid for two movies that my 4 and 5 yr old ordered while i was in the shower😂😂
the food was good. We'll definitely stay again
