Currently writing while staying here. Noise everywhere. Not enough parking spaces for everybody, the smell of weed in the entire hallway (inside the hotel) and parking lot was ridiculous, not cool when your walking with your 16 yo and 4 yo daughter. Packed elevators, nobody enforcing the rules for social distance. 4 star hotel? This are the crappiest 4 stars ever.
We booked our room 3 weeks in advance and it clearly said two adults and three kids. they gave us the smallest room they had and no couch for my son to sleep on. so he had to bunk with my husband and I. very uncomfortable. they never came and cleaned the room for the three days we were there they didn't even bring toilet paper or clean towels we had to go buy those. and for breakfast was a bag that had a bottled water an orange a granola bar and a muffin. 🤨 we ended up going to McDonalds next door for breakfast for the rest... read more
Too busy can’t get in and out
Beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Time Square. Staff were super friendly and accomodating and we felt very secure, as far as the pandemic goes, with the cleanliness.

yes. my bed wasn't as comfortable as normal but the hotel is reasonable. has an hourly shuttle. good for the price

Quiet, Comfortable and the staff is just Awesome. The rooms are spot less and they bend over backwards to assist you with any issues that may come up. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a stay.
