I'm sorry but Why dont you have A Pool or Microwaves in your Rooms!!! Just Ridiculous
We experienced a problem with noisy neighbours in our room, in the early morning. The staff could not have been more helpful.. They sent people to investigate, offered to move us to a different room, and did everything that they could to try to make up for our disturbed sleep. As far as breakfast is concerned, it was by far and away the best breakfast of our trip. With a good selection of hot and cold, plus omelettes made to order. Check in was really long even though I am an honors member. The room was fine but housekeeping did not get to our room til late and we were already back from the day so we passed on that. No one gives you help when you are there as far as where to go or eat. They told me over the phone that they had a pool and it was a lie. I even asked the person over the phone if they were a call center and he said he was standing right in the lobby. Well, how did you not know you do not have a pool?
