Parties should not be allowed where people are trying to sleep (it kept me awake until 2:30, when I chose to leave). And nobody in said party was wearing a mask like the building claimed to enforce.

Great experience. Hilton never disappoints
I stayed at this hotel last Friday 10/02/2020 and left Saturday morning 10/03/2020. Got 2 hours away and realized I left my wallet in a drawer in my room. I immediately called and a worker ran up to the room and got it. I was told to email them a pre shipping lable. I paid for 3 day shipping and immediately sent it to them. I called back to confirm. 3 days go by and the tracking says my wallet still hasn't been dropped off at the post office. They finally sent it out Tuesday 10/06/2020. Worst service at the bar I’ve ever experienced any where! Two bartenders behind the bar, the young lady was doing the service bar for wait staff, asked the other bartender to take care of us, he replied “he was too busy”, but had no problem taking care of the other two tables at the bar. And he kept lowering his mask constantly while still dealing with customers! Not good at all! Very disappointed!
Hotel, and staff are absolutely amazing 👏 They are taking all safety precautions very seriously. The rooms are gorgeous, and the water pressure is amazing! Thanks for such a wonderful experience from a Frontline Heathcare worker. 😊
