Our stay at the Hilton Atlanta was very relaxing. We were able to check in early before heading to our load in. They make sure you are well-hydrated, too, because there are bottles of water everywhere! We took their suggestion and upgraded to an executive suite, which gained us access to the executive lounge level and rooftop breakfast access for our whole room. Upon checking in the Front Desk Agent seemed to be rushing through the process. Did not explain anything to me. She wasn’t rude- but she wasn’t nice or welcoming either. (She did have a line-so it can be overwhelming, I give It to her) I was placed in one room on the 15th floor, the room was okay, the bedding looked like someone made the beds 3 weeks ago, it didn’t look like it was refreshed, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Staff was polite, but nothing really worked. I wanted the breakfast included, it was not, paid for car parking but the catd did not open the gate. They tried to sell me a 50$ breakfast without giving all options....
