We were there 3 nights, we arrived to full trash cans and old food on the bed and couch from previous guests. on the second night we asked if we could have some fresh towels, the front desk wrote down our room number on a scrap of paper and said to leave our towels outside our door for housekeeping. We did that at 7am. We got back at 10pm. No fresh towels. We were told it was too late and nobody could do that. EDIT: After seeing my review, the sales office fixed their mistake of not changing the contract per the conversation with Andrea. My husband and I blocked off rooms with this hotel for our wedding weekend. We had it booked for $100 a night and as the wedding date came closer the price was dropping and dropping online to as low as what we saw was $83 a night.
