I’ve just checked in to the Hilton Atlanta and I’m very disappointed in the service right now check in time 4:00pm and I’m in the Lobby waiting for our room to be clean, also Boone room with parking included was told I have to pay for parking Not Good Hilton Atlanta not good st all 🙁👎🏼 Very poor first impression 😔

It appears to be common practice that this Hilton over charges for room stays! Check your bank/ credit card statements! A three night stay ended up being charged multiple times to total over $1600. I will NEVER stay or recommend this Hilton again! I was also told that I would receive Honors points for the mistake, which is still not fixed, but I have not!
