The hotel was nice. The room was clean. Checking in was fast through the honors line. It’s in a good location. However we had very loud talking guests next door to us. They also had music playing very loud well after 2am. It was by far my worst $175 night of sleep with the Hilton chain. With Hilton being my favorite chain. Parking is $30.

Downtown Atl the best @HiltonHotels I’ve stayed in! The rooms were large, beds were soft and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant downstairs. The roof top breakfast is a MUST
Very disappointed with this establishment. We booked the room and traveled from out of town with the intention of getting in the pool as advertised on the website. We got here and were informed that there is no pool. False advertising and rude customer service when we called them on the misinformation on the website. The manager Lauren Thompson was not helpful and could care less about our disappointment. We will never stay Hilton again!
Absolutely fantastic property Beautifully maintained hotel with a friendly/accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms, and close proximity to a bunch of restaurants/shopping. Definitely recommend this place if you're staying in the area!
