I was not impressed at all😡 My family had our family reuion at the Hilton. I rented a SUV that could not fit in the underground parking I was forced to pay for Valet parking $40.00 a day. The beds were small and the hotel needs a remodel to bring it up to date.

Very rude staff...poor management...i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was not to my expectations. ..I tried to park my truck in self parking it barely made it underneath the pathway it was full I had to drive around and drive around until I found a park..The ceiling were so low down there very scary. otherwise I would have had to park and valet the rooms were very small for an Executive Suite room it was the same size room as the regular rooms except the TV was larger.. the bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet the door could barely close no room to even move around ... read more

I have stayed at a number oh Hilton Hotels, I'm a Hilton Honors Member and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the Hotel and its Service!

I love this hotel, I will recommend them to all of my clients. Customer service and support team is amazing! I didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. Everything was at my fingertips. I will return in the future, I really love the upgrades and the executive evening reception and full American breakfast! The concierge service is top notch. The Hilton Atlanta strive to ensure that dedicated hospitality professionals ensure that your stay is very comfortable and enjoyable!
