What a wonderful hotel!! The staff was great and the hotel is beautiful!
Terrible customer service from the manager Lauren Thompson said one thing to our face then one thing to booking then another thing to the report... they canceled several reservations no emails or any contact. We used the exact same card at embassy suites and had absolutely no problem... they're owned by the same company!!!

Check in took awhile and parking was not the best but all staff were great, room was clean and food was great. Will go again!
Nice place and very clean. Staff were friendly. I spent 4nights and had no complain.
Checked in June 7 till 15th. Everything has been wonderful. Paid for the upgrade to executive floor and thoroughly enjoying the breakfast and appetizers provided ( that's been our dinner a few nights!) Concierge Jamie is fantastic! Very helpful!
I messed up our reservations then didn't have a room for us… The hotel manager would even come out and speak to us nor would they help us find another room… Very very poor people skills!
So far so good! Smells good, breakfast is nice and okay. Room is clean, just the way I like it.

Being an employee of Hilton, I'm always critiquing things. Hilton Atlanta is a superb hotel. The front desk agent Ryan was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Also, the hotel operator Heather was great as well. Thank you Hilton family!
