Mannnnnnn, even though the valley parking was unavailable due to maximum capacity the garage right next door was very convenient it was cheaper and right next door LOL the hotel was very busy but still accommodated us for what we had planned we stayed on the 27th floor the view was excellent... I plan on bringing my family back.

Loud air condition, bathroom is very small, internet is not free of charge (like in other Hilton Hotels). Good location.

Don't stay here. We have two more nights here. Switched rooms and both have been dirty. Some of the staff has made the experience worse.

Remodeling/construction going on. Noisy during the day.

The hotel is very nice. However, the toilet in our room did not flush without holding the handle for an extremely long time; the shower would scald and then freeze, we could not get a steady temperature. The restaurant service was entirely too slow. The construction was disturbing, especially the jack hammer. My frappucino from the on-site Starbucks was horrible. The staff was friendly and helpful except the night before I checked out. I requested the bill to be sent to my email and what time was check out. The person did no... read more

Room was extremely dusty like it hadn't been used in a while. I stayed in room 719 and was woken up at 5:30am from the sound of a generator. Rattled everything in the bathroom. It stopped once I reported it. Also, room was never serviced. No fresh towels or anything.

I've never given a one star review for any company. We have voiced a noise complaint and no one here at Hilton Atlanta has acknowledged it. When the jackhammer outside your window is so loud the floor vibrates and you have to vacate the premises to escape the noise that is beyond their "renovations" disclaimer. Even on Saturday morning the jack hammer started at 7am. At least I get to make my five hour drive back home exhausted from lack of sleep. I've spent much of my life in customer service. This is not how it is done.

Stayed here for training. I'm usually restless when I travel, but I Slept like a baby in this place. Comfy bed and clean room.
