I always have a good experience with the Hilton I have stayed at this hotel more than 2 times every time that we come we have a good time no matter if it's cold or hot the people are very nice and friendly they make you feel comfortable....... and which I think the parking is a little pricey at the hotel and when we call down for a car it didn't take no less than 20 minutes and when we have questions about where to go they were real helpful they suggested places for us to go eat and hang out and we did have a good time there

The room was quite cozy, and the remodeled bathrooms are quite nice. The new snack area looked cool as well. Looking forward to staying there in September.
Room was nice. Amenities were nice. Hotel bars and restaurants were good but pricey. I hate it when hotels race you on parking. $36/ day for valet parking or $22/ day to self park a block away. Not a good value. What does Hilton Honoes get you?

A very service-oriented hotel. Everyone is empowered to attend to guest's needs. Had the best experience so far in the hospitality industry. We would come back here again. The restaurant staff from Southern Comfort in the lobby is excellent. Kudos to the servers especially to Sharon from the restaurant.

It was ok my husband and I were trampled on and off the elevator by this large group that was insane, unorganized and no respect for other guests

If you're going to allow an event to happen at your hotel you should have control of the elevator so your paying guests can get off when trying to get to the bottom floor for dinner.
Excellent hotel! Amazing customer service and location. Will definitely stay when I return to Atlanta!
