We spent two nights here. In downtown Atlanta. Some restaurants very close, but very exspensive! Hotel is absolutly okay on relation to the price we paid.
Still waiting to check in. Hotel has tons of people without rooms due to no clean linens.

Wow, what a terrible experience. Got here at 5 pm. I was told that my room which I reserved months ago was not ready and they would text me. 4 hours later I still had not heard from them. I went to the concierge desk to ask about it and they offered me a queen room instead. Why didn't you offer me this to begin with and did you offer it to the hundred others who have been waiting 6-7 hours and are still waiting for the rooms they reserved months ago? Still at the hotel checking out on Thursday I am still enjoying it
Im from Louisville ky , I came to this hotel for the weekend and I wouldn't recomend anybody to stay here !!! First they gave us a key to a DND room !!!!! Then they gave us another room with dust everywhere the refrigerator did not work we waited hours for a new one !! The they don't have nowhere for you to park unless you pay $30 a night for there parking . They charged my card without my permission for fees and taxes they charge you for that was not told to me , you don't get your deposit back til 3 days !!! It was just th... read more

Trying to get in touch with Hilton Atlanta for 2 days. No answer after the "welcome" message and no response to Facebook. Just cancelled my reservation and will take my business elsewhere since folks are obviously too busy.

For this to be "the hilton" it does not meet the hiltons normal standards at all. Our did not work when we first arrived and when they did get it fixed it was extremely loud. The tv kept freezing, there was dust everywhere and the shower had hair in it! It was not worth the price we paid at all. And self parking is almost $30/per night and once the lots full you're pretty much on your own so your best bet is to pay $40 for valet! I will NOT be back!

The air nor the tv didn't work properly. Room had dust everywhere and mirrors had hand prints on the mirrors. The shower had hair in it from previous guest! Not worth the money you pay. I will never go back!
