I'm very disappointed with my recent visit with your company. I had multiple incidents occur during my stay in the hotel which were not resolved by management at Hilton Doubletree Seaworld Resort. To begin with, our room should not have been available for renting, which the hotel employee agreed with. Toilet was nasty, my family had to stay here after tornado damage to our home. With covid-19 and social distancing. Who would have thought. Totally unacceptable
