Elevator system during check out was a mess but staff was amazing, remodel was amazing and rooms were super clean and super comfy.

This hotel is piss poor they over charge you for parking and they don't have enough parking to accommodate you the charge for self parking is $28 Valet parking is $36 dollar then don't have no where to park for you if you leave we got a boot on our car cause we had to find another lot to park in then they construction going on lot of banging going on can't rest cause of the noise.

The hotel was nice but very crowded and we weren't even able to park in the hotels garage..luckily the garage we did park in was only half a block away and $6 for 12 hours. The staff at the hotel could definitely have been more friendly... they were short and made it seem like we were a burden. Also we reserved a room with a kind size bed, when we checked in they told us they were out of kings and changed to 2 doubles.. not even a queen... my husband and I had to sleep in seperate beds...they was no reimbursement for this do... read more
Overall service was good would've rated it 5 ⭐️ but the valet was short handed causing back up with parking your vechile and risk for your vechile to get hit.. but overall I love the hilton and would recommend it to anyone

I would never ever stay here again! The staff was rude! The rooms were dusty an over priced.. we had music playing softly the security came banging on our door! I hate it i will never ever spend money here again! EVER!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!

I stayed here for a 2-day training that was being held at the hotel. The room was nice, but the phone did not work and the thermostat kept going down to colder temps by itself no matter how often I reset it. Also, the meeting room that I had the training in was right above where some major construction work was happening. The noise was a hindrance. Hiwever, the hotel changed meeting room for us on day 2.
