We traveled with our two teenagers, and did request an upgrade on our room for extra space. Front desk staff was friendly and professional during our entire stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was accommodating. The one issue I would recommend to change would be in the housekeeping department. When the gentlemen brought a roll away bed to our room they were both rude. The sheets were messy, I did questioned if they were clean. Had a lovely week at Hilton Waikiki Beach! They allowed us to move our reservation forward a week due to a cancelled cruise and COVID-19. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a great ocean view! Bed was comfortable. Only downside is we had no internet for about 12 hours and the the water got cut off for 3 hours. Great location and we would return.

Just wanted to say we enjoyed our stay ! We were there March 12 and 13 . Great hotel very clean. Wonderful staff . We hope to come back soon !
