Service was excellent. From valet to room service and banquet services. Everything was really great.
We stayed here because we got a great rate on Hotwire. We were in town for a concert, and it was further from the venue than I hoped to be. The check in process was easy, and our room,was clean. When we returned after the concert, there were highly intoxicated people roaming all over the hotel, and our floor smelled like marijuana. We used the valet parking service, which was pricey, and waited 40 minutes to get our car. I doubt I'd stay here again.
My daughter and I stayed for the night for the Bon Jovi concert. We had a great experience with the Hilton-from all aspects. The front desk was extremely friendly!! The concierge helped us with finding a great lunch spot and gave us a complimentary voucher for breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and our server was fantstic!! Our room meet our needs and we had a beautiful view of Atlanta. I would 100% stay again!!!
Can't complain. Every time I come back they r doing remoldeling and upgrading to accommodate the guest
Beds were so comfy! They're doing some renovations right now but still overall great
