Great experiment...Im still here chilling. Great atmosphere the people are great and I love it.In really enjoying myself.
I checked in at 12:30am to find out the light on my bedside table was not working, I believe it was just the light bulb. I called the front desk and no one answered. I called house keeping and they said they would send someone up, no one ever came. This morning I'm taking a shower and discover the water is not draining. By the end of my shower the water level was past my ankles. I called the concierge, she transferred me immediately to communications because she did not want to listen to my complaints. Know hot water in my room... under construction in the lobby. Over charge my card... I REALLY WAS LOOKING FOR A BETTER PLACE JUST BECAUSE IT WAS THE HILTON. ....NO I DON'T THINK I WILL STAY AGAIN...

Its cooled there, but the best place to spend your holidays.
Room service was pretty awful for the price. Our admin assistant accidentally booked through a third party so they wouldn't attach HHonors points.
Beautiful sight with lovely and friendly staff....the buffet section was my greatest treat. Those stewards were awesome
