Old and it shows! The wall paper was staring to peel off the walls, water initially came out of faucet brownish colored, there was an old cigarette smell all over and the food was overpriced and the service in the restaurant was poor and very slow.
Wall paper ripping,stains on sheets,no parking,(even tho you have to pay for it )pool is small,elevators didn't work, and the cops had to be called because of young kids at festivals coming in at 2:30 am screaming. Waking all of us up. We didn't feel welcomed. For it being a Hilton hotel I was very disappointed.
Never again. Room was not wroth what we spent. People running, screaming and banging on doors through out the hallways at 3am and security did nothing. Other guest had to come out and control the mass crowd. Did complain and was refunded 100%.
If I could give no stars I would. Let me first start with the positive. Upon check in our bellman was extremely courteous and beyond helpful. The front check in person at 6:30pm that checked us in was also great. I called for extra pillows and the gal on the phone was nice. That's where the good times ended! This hotel pare apparently the preferred for an extremely large group of alternative people here for some EDM festival. Which upon checkin we noticed and were nervous. B...Continue Reading
Other than no parking being available our room was clean, the staff was wonderful, we stayed on the 23rd floor and the view was breathtaking. They even gave me complimentary breakfast/lunch for my birthday. This was my first time visiting Atlanta and also first time staying at an Hilton hotel. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and i would also consider staying here upon my return!!!!

This is nothing like the Hiltons we've stayed at previously and this hurts the brand a great deal in comparison to some outstanding stays we've had at other locations. We had problem after problem beginning at check in.
