Never again! No parking so you have to use valet. Took an average of 15 min to wait for an elevator, then people would crowd on, over weight it and it would take 5 min to get to our floor. No fridge in the room, yep that's the standard here. Try sleeping when you can hear every person that walks down the hall. The beds are awful and old. Ours didn't have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet. And they used two flat sheets to make a duvet cover. The bathroom is small (including the shower). Was bad service from management & staff... They were rude.. Rooms were badly cleaned..Will never stay here again.. Booked my room a week ago.. And got there on my check in day .. Before 8 am & had to wait in lobby for 4 hours... Never again
A huge shout out to the amazing Michael the Bellman. He was extremely kind, helped me change rooms and even though the hotel was packed, did it with grace and treated me like a priority guest. You changed my experience so thank you Michael!
This will be my last time staying here. Service is terrible. The bathroom is not clean and I have been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to clean. I have never checked in a hotel before and the bathroom was dirty.
The fire alarm went of in the room next to ours and noone came to check on it - very unprofessional. I went down to hear what happened. The answer were "probably smoking because of a party".
Out Dated Rooms, Not Clean, Beds not comfortable. I wake up the next day they Alllowed somebody to charge food and drinks to my room. The TV went in and out. I asked if I could just leave and not stay the last day.They would not let me. Do Not stay here
Very unsafe! While there for a reunion one person had room "broken into "..I say inside job and had 2 i-pads stolen. Numerous people said they heard someone going down the hall trying door handles and while in my room someone was unscrewing my peep hole. I scared them off. I should have let him break in and shot him then maybe hilton would take security a little more serious. I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life.
