The rooms are very clean. The service has been excellent. The view from our room is incredible. I'm so glad. I was scared after reading the reviews. I Don't understand what happened with some of the guests that gave 1 ratings. I'm very satisfied with my stay here so far. I will stay here again.
Location was great for us, we were in town for Walker stalker convention, rooms an hotel in general were clean, and 2 out of 4 staff members I dealt with were genuinely nice. That is what my 3 stars are for. Booked king room, confirmed it with early check in. Was given 2 doubles and told there would be up charge to change. Also my reservation somehow had another mans name on the reservation along with my husband. My name was not even though I booked the room. First room someone was in the bathroom when we entered it. Friends of ours had to leave early and Hilton refused to cancel reservation or just charge a small fee. Not southerrn hospitality at all. We will not be staying here again!!!!!

Thank you to Doorman Howard and James also to front desk Fabion. There were others that were very kind but I can't think of there names. One guy in concierge, very tall, big super nice! This hotel gets the importance of great customer service, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Terribly rude people who do not treat all customers the same. I will NEVER stay in a Hilton again after dealing with their nonsense.
