Trying desperately to get in touch with them regarding payment... please give me the accounting dept email address asap. My colleagues had to pay with personal credit card and it's the corporate credit card i gave for the guarantee which should have be charged. please help to correct this. Thanks

My son and I were staying at the Hilton Atlanta last weekend for a dance competition. When we got home, my son realized he didn't have his wallet that had a number of gift cards and about $40 in cash. He took a shot in the dark and called them to see if by chance someone had turned it in. Low and behold, it was at the front desk. Hallelujah! Thank you so much to the person that turned it in as well as the Hilton in Atlanta. They are even going to ship it to me for free;)
I would never choose to stay here again. The towels were dirty, room didn't cool down, and staff was mediocre. When paying a premium to bring pets, I expected some sort of accommodation to be made. The front desk couldn't even tell me where the pet relief area was. Also, the walls are paper thin. Our room had doors to connect to rooms on either side of us, which allowed us to hear everything going on in both rooms especially the one door that was right next to the bed. It is a stay to remember! Downtown has all the immunities in restaurants. One in particular less than 2 miles #TheBusyBee! The best soul food one can ask for!
I was invited by my cousin to come and I did feel like everything was too expensive at this hotel. Food was very expensive I was looking forward to the normal continental breakfast that they don't have
Rooms could've been better smelled like feet not fresh. Good customer service though.
