Great Hotel.
Never want to leave!! They just redid the rooms and carpet and it is beautiful. The 14th floor has an amazing view, the only thing that could make this better is if they give me a free pizza because I'm hungry �

No hot water for 4 mornings in a row which really sucked and by no hot water I mean NO hot water. Also, there 1-2 people at most on duty at the coffee shop and most people I talked to had to leave the line due to the long wait.

Paid extra for nicer room, tv didnt work, water would not get hot, and the maid came into our room at 9 am on the last day we were there. I think we would have had better luck at a Holiday Inn.
I will say that the room service was great.What I didn't like was that my room was not ready at 2:00.When I got to my room and went to open the drapes the were pinned together with hairpins.Why, because the view was a concrete wall that I couldn't really see over but I was so tired I decided to keep it.The second thing was that at 1:30 in the morning the smoke detector started chirping.The next morning I informed the manager of this and he assured me that it would be take care of.Well I'm here to tell you it started chirping... read more
