Great place to stay! Beds are comfortable, showers are great and awesome buffet breakfast!
Self parking is $28/night. I never had trouble finding a spot the 5 nights I was there. I reserved a concierge floor room. Due to construction there wasn't a concierge level floor. Had I known about the level of construction inside and out I would have stayed elsewhere. My room was never quiet. Jackhammers and huge cranes outside my window with drilling starting at 7:30am and didn't let up all day. Aside from the noise, my room was clean. The pillows were absolutely awful.
Bad hotel for the amount of money. Big renovation keeps everyone busy. The bathroom was filty. And the bathtube was real dirty. It looked like the room wasn't used for ages
We loved our stay. My baby loved looking at the elevators with the lights.
Perfect location, staff, restaurants, and area. I can't imagine a better way to experience Atlanta.
I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years so this is my preferred chain I was very pleased with the check-in process. I paid for self parking, however to find out that it was full. As we drove around to find suitable parking I decided to inquire with theb desk of any alternative parking. The desk manager was very accommodating and allowed us valet parking at the same price. The customer service was optimal. The room was very nice and very very clean.
Pros: Great location. Easy access to most everything. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere. Cons: Check-in online is a waste of time. Management is a joke. Nobody seems to care. Check-in is at 4:00PM & I didn't get my room till 5:35PM NOT ACCEPTABLE for the amount of money you pay. I'll stay across the street next time. Thanks.
We are highly disappointed! The bed size listed "double" is the size of a twin. Two people cannot be comfortable in them. The "king" is more like a queen size. This location is certainly not worth the rate. And the entire floor smells horrible.
