Their Service Department is Excellent and they always go beyond to their customers to make sure they get the best service.

Their Customer Service is exceptional! I have been there twice since purchasing my Prius. Ever staff member greeted me while I waited to have my car serviced. Eduardo in the Service Department treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota.
Awesome place great people
We had great people helping us to get the car we wanted. We had tried various dealers, and none could help us. Then we found Hendrick Toyota in Concord, and they were great. Bob Breidinger was our sales person, but we got help from various people, and they were all really nice. We also got a good price - and are loving our 2020 Prius Prime.
