Awesome customer Service and best trade in deal !
Brandon Grubb was the most honest and awesome sales guy! I told him my situation in email and he told me prior to coming he thought we could make it work. I went expecting that to have just been sales talk and expected to leave disappointed. Instead, I walked away with the 2017 Sienna I wanted and was given about $3k more for my trade than KBB had it listed. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a good sales person!
The service department is excellent. I always work with Chip Gonion and Travis Morton when I have my cars serviced. They make sure that my cars are maintained perfectly and are always extremely quick. I trust them 100% with their recommendations and know I will be taken care of.
Love the GREAT service I always receive. Service dept . Advisors are super friendly and explain everything in detail.
Staff is very friendly and helpful! They want you to get the best deal and be knowledgeable about your purchase. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get the best bang for the buck!!!

Hendricks Toyota did a great job helping me pick out my car & for the service in general they did a great job
Took my vehicle in for service. Their technician broke a part while working on it and they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Upon speaking with a manager, the manager was very unprofessional and aggressive towards me. In addition, he would not listen to what I had to say and nothing was resolved. This resulted in me having to pay for a part that they broke while it was in their care and having to deviate from a previously agreed upon cost. If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable.
Kevin Plant came highly recommended by some of our best friends. He DID NOT disappoint, AT ALL! He was patient, to the point, answered all our questions, straight shooter, and just one heck of an individual! We walked out with two Toyotas, and couldn't be happier! We HIGHLY recommend Kevin and the team we encountered yesterday, James, Pete, and Nick! Thanks for staying late and for making our dreams come true! We are BEYOND STOKED! Go see these folks! They are eager and willing to help!
