My car buying experience was the highest of quality!!! My salesman, Brian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and was able to help me find the perfect car!! The buying process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota of Concord and especially recommend Brian Worcester!
My husband and I went looking at the newest cars with no intention of buying that day. We ended up purchasing two vehicles. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our purchases. I would definitely do business with them again and suggest them to our friends and family.
I was literally at the end of the process of purchasing a 2017 Corolla. I gave them a check with the full asking price. When the guy brought the car around after "detailing" it, the car looked like they had just poured water on it. There were crumbs and dirt all over the inside of the car. To make matters worse, the manager was very rude about the situation. Needless to say, I took my money elsewhere.
Best Price when buying , lower than everyone else and Great Service after the sale! Renee Schaumburg is one of the most knowledgeable and at the same time very nice Service Advisors that I have known. My last service was explained to me in detail and the cost was known up front before work completed. Even when problems were found during the service she was on top of everything and made the correct adjustments for the Service. Well Done Renee! Nothing but good to say for Hendrick Toyota! Mark C.
