I have been coming to Hendrick Toyota concord for over 14 years & because of Rick Mckenzie is the reason I keep coming back . He has taken good care of me & my daughters cars. Always helpful & courteous no matter how busy he is.

Pulled in and was greeted quickly by Steven Spooner and a had wonderful customer service experience! He was very kind and helpful with the questions I had. Was quoted two hours for service/maintenance and a recall, but it ended up being only one hour and 15 minutes! The waiting room was clean with friendly staff and donuts and coffee. Felt right at home! I highly recommend!!!
Worst dealership i have ever done business with the salesman acted like he could care less if he sold a car.. They have adapted the "carmax" policy on their cars... How is that working for you guys?? Seen three customers walk out your front door because of this.... I will not be back!!!
Went on rainy Sat to test drive a Tundra that we had been researching on the web page. Was met by Abby Camacho all smiles and knowledge about the vehicle I was looking for. The ensuing process was truly exceptional including the negotiations? The only snag was wait time for finance procedures. I hope everyone treated to this service. I have bought two Tacomas from Hendrick and the experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The service department is absolutely the best of any dealership I have ever encountered. A joy to do business with.
