I took my Camry Hybrid in for an oil change as. The price for my oil was really good. I waited in the lounge and it didn’t take long. The only small issue was when I tried to use the free car wash after. It didn’t work. Aside for that all went well.
.2 miles. I called for their shuttle service, as it runs up and down the speedway frequently. I was told I had to speak to the person who put my vehicle in for servicing, who wasn't available. I was stayed at the hotel .2 miles away and had to struggle with my cane to the dealership. It wasn't a nice screen upon arrival. My knee was swollen and back was sore. Hendrick Automotive Group is by far the best experience buying a truck I’ve ever had in the 55 vehicles I’ve purchased in my 50 years of life. Hendrick made it so easy and fun with no pressure. Love these guys! We took my 2003 Camry in for a repair that we were worried about being major. It turned out to be as easy as replacing my gas cap! We felt like we got first class service. It was wonderful. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Bought a used SUV here a few weeks ago, it was late and there was a few issues with the car that we didn't see. We live over an hour away and we were told to come back in the following weekend to get everything fixed (tire pressure sensor, cracked windshield and a few other things) and when we got there the man that was supposed to fix those things wasn't there... and we had an appointment.
