Absolutely had a great experience with Hendrick Toyota of Concord, quick and fast finding me a vehicle within my price range. The sales consultant Austin Conn was wonderful to work with. Recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Next time I purchase a vehicle I will be going back to them. Also Chris, the finance representative was great. Love how fast I was in and out.
Work well with people. Treat you like you are important to them. Not pushy about anything and makes great deals.

Everyone at Hendricks is very helpful. They always explain what service my car needs and when I need to return. The service waiting area is very clean and the shuttle service is very easy to use.
Great service. BUT very ANNOYED that they used my email address, that I gave for service information, to access my Facebook account and solicit a public review!! They didn't ask my permission. Too Orwellish for me!
I have always had great service with Toyota Scion in Concord, NC. We have traded cars & SUV's with them since early 1990's. Kevin Plant has & is a great person to work with . Todd Moore, in my estimation was the highlight of my visit to Hendrick of Toyata Concord. Was very impressed by his drive and passion to serve the customer.
