Great Service Department
I took my Camry Hybrid in for an oil change as. The price for my oil was really good. I waited in the lounge and it didn’t take long. The only small issue was when I tried to use the free car wash after. It didn’t work. Aside for that all went well.
I purchased a Toyota 4Runner recently and Shelly Rivera helped my husband and I with the process and with our trade-in. She was personable and knowledgeable. I'm glad we chose Toyota of Concord for our next vehicle and that we had Shelly to assist us.
Their Service Department is Excellent and they always go beyond to their customers to make sure they get the best service.
This is definitely the place to go when your looking for vehicles. Hendrick Automotive Group is by far the best experience buying a truck I’ve ever had in the 55 vehicles I’ve purchased in my 50 years of life. Hendrick made it so easy and fun with no pressure. My 2017 Ram 2500 4X4 Cummings Diesel with 8106 miles was well under market value. (that’s the way it seemed every vehicle was priced)—-(WOW ).So what I’m saying is????????? Sorry. I did catch a salesperson in a lie originally but I don't think it was on purpose. After bringing it to their attention they were really understanding. We leased a car, and were treated very well. We are at the end of our second year now and I have to be honest. They call to check in and show a lot of attention and respect toward the relationship building.
