After the warranty expired I stopped using this dealership. I only take my car in for recall repairs. It amazes me they ALWAYS find a needed repair on my truck at each visit for recall service. Yesterday they “found” $900 in “needed” repairs. I laughed, an replied nah, I just had my truck in for service at my regular shop last week. The employee couldn’t walkaway fast enough. their service department practices suspct in they always “ find” something broken that my regular shop never mentions.
After sitting in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, it was suggested that I have something replaced for an estimated cost of $1100. When I inquired as to how necessary it was, the service rep. said well, it won't leave you on the side of the road, but it's never been replaced. It seems, I always get a "suggestion" for some type of repair. Don’t go there if you expect a competitive offer. After making me a so-so offer yesterday (when I wasn’t ready to buy), today I went back after having done my homework to actually negotiate and leave with a car. But no such luck, as supposedly the car was priced incorrectly. The correct price is higher which is the reason they can’t come down any further from yesterday’s price. I call bullshit.
