I went in just needing a car ..had no wish list ...Current Toyota owner who’s had a car over 10 years and still running but needed to upgrade..Brian Worchester was nice kind and walked me through the process with no issues finance guy was friendly painless and they got me to the payment that I wanted walked out with more of a car than I thought I could afford ....Had the best experience

I just posted this about Hendrick Toyota of Concord. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Their manager Joe is a total joke. He’s lucky I didn’t have time the day that I called him.
I brought my car in to have a 15K service on my 2019 Avalon. The technician was Jay and I have never been treated with more respect. I have had Mercedes, Acura, Lexus and not one offered the high level of service Jay and the team at Hendrick Toyota did. Not only did he offer solutions to my questions, he took his time to share with me places to visit in the area while I worked here a few days. 5 star service is exactly what you will get with Jay and Hendrick Toyota.
Exceptional service from the team there. Our sales person - LaChrisha Wilson is GREAT. Very customer focused. Also nice job by Mark Poindexter (Sales Manager) and Nick East (Finance Manager). Good experience overall!!
Good service at the dealership with courteous professional staff. One staff person tried to help me with the new features on the car but we could not get it to work, mainly because we could not get the password to work from my phone. He was helpful though.
