Absolutely had a great experience with Hendrick Toyota of Concord, quick and fast finding me a vehicle within my price range. The sales consultant Austin Conn was wonderful to work with. Recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Next time I purchase a vehicle I will be going back to them. Also Chris, the finance representative was great. Love how fast I was in and out.
I am normally the first to tell someone to stay as far away from extended warranties as you can possibly get. Because I have been taken to the cleaners several times. However, this time I am extremely grateful that I purchased the extended warranty on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. We purchased the vehicle from Hendrick Toyota in Concord NC in 2015. Great place to buy, but most important their service is excellent. Always feels they are looking out for me taking care of my car needs to keep me going safe and sound. So when we were looking to buy new this week, Hendrick Toyota Concord was were we went and got a great deal.
