We had a great experience that really helped me and my husband. He was rear ended and his car was totaled so we needed to replace his 2016 RAV4. We ended up getting a certified pre-owned 2016 Highlander which was an upgrade. Todd Moore was a pleasure to work with and helped us so much! He was professional and friendly and worked to get us a great deal! Definitely recommend him and this dealership!
I was in for service and was assisted by Ben. In the past, Mr. Spooner. I have never been dissapointed in this location. Ben was efficient, helpful, kept me informed,and made sure I left happy. I was checked on frequently, with updates and possible cost changes. I love this dealership!!!! Kudos TEAM!!!!!!!
Had an 11:45 appointment for oil change. 90 minutes later I check on my vehicle and I found out my service advisor is in a meeting and my car is just sitting out in a parking spot. With the millions of dollars Hendrick dealerships make a year, you'd think they could do a better job with service. Wish their was another dealership close by!!!!
From out of state and needed to purchase a used vehicle. From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with warm hellos and handshakes. The staff was remarkable and everyone we worked with that day were so confident in their jobs and happy to be working with a new client. These people were the best.
