I have bought two Tacomas from Hendrick and the experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The service department is absolutely the best of any dealership I have ever encountered. A joy to do business with.
Was just looking and was told credit would not be pulled and then pulled. No apologies from the sales person but a text asking if I am coming to buy. I have lost my confidence in this company.
Both the service(Larry)/sales(Kyle,Ella)departments are top notched. Just purchased my new Camry and had been getting my Corolla serviced there for years. All of the employees are awesome!! Not a negative thing to say!!
