I haven't dealt with them since MYSTERIOUSLY the air conditioning system of our Corolla somehow blew up while in THEIR hands for a fifteen - hundred dollar oil system makeover. Always a pleasure dealing with Chip Gonion in the Service Dept at Toyota Concord. He is always friendly, prompt with answering calls and questions and taking care of all my service needs with my Sienna. This is my second Toyota Sienna and I will always bring it here for service.
Worse experience ever... The sales person was so rude to a point that his attitude drove me out of the dealership without buying the car. Never coming back and will make sure community/neighbors are well aware of it.
It was awesome. I will go back for service when needed.
