Chip Gonion always goes the extra mile to see that my Prius and I get what we need.
We have had our company trucks serviced there and have always received good service at a reasonable price and the vehicles are ready when promised. Chip is the service advisor we usually deal with and he always takes care of us even if we call last minute.
Everyone at Hendricks is very helpful. They always explain what service my car needs and when I need to return. The service waiting area is very clean and the shuttle service is very easy to use.
Had my Sienna detailed using super detail pkg on special this month. Great job on detailing van. Jay Moore was my Service Advisor and he did a great job. I was not happy about the dealership policy of adding a “service fee” (9% of labor charges) to all service work which resulted to a higher charge than expected.
