Love Chip Gonion. Chip is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I have a 2017 Highlander and a 2018 Highlander and it is important to me to keep them serviced and running properly. My family and I have purchased a total of 5 Toyota’s from Hendricks in Concord and I am very pleased with the team and especially the service department.
Bought a car here and while the buying experience was good, I left my favorite CD in the car I traded in. I spoke to the woman who sold it to me and ask her to please send it back. Never received it. I called back there twice leaving her a voice mail to please call me back concerning my CD. Still have not got a call back or my CD. I finally called the manager two days ago and was told he would take care of it and asked for my number so he could get back with me. Still nothing. It's an old CD and no idea if I can replace it.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not pushy or force themselves on their customers.
These people in the service center work on commission and will try to sucker you into buying all kinds of extra bs you don't need. DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!
They are relentless in pushing services on you even after you decline. I’m smart enough to know that my car needs and what it doesn’t need.

Worst dealership i have ever done business with the salesman acted like he could care less if he sold a car.. They have adapted the "carmax" policy on their cars... How is that working for you guys?? Seen three customers walk out your front door because of this.... I will not be back!!!

I have bought two Tacomas from Hendrick and the experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The service department is absolutely the best of any dealership I have ever encountered. A joy to do business with.
