It was less stressful than my prior experiences at other dealerships in that I did not have to speak with several people before my transaction was completed. Noel McKenzie was attentive and cared about my concerns without pressure to simply “make a sale”.
Love my 2019 Tacoma Off Road. It can go almost anywhere. This is on top of Daniel Trail at Uwharrie National Forest, NC. 4th of July. Service department at Hendrick is always outstanding.
They took a bad day for us and turned it all around . we want to give a big shout out to Austin Conn for helping us through everything and getting us in the Toyota Tacoma we have been looking at. I recommend Austin to anyone that comes to Hendrick Toyota he is very respectful and down to the earth. I give him 5 stars across the board.
