I simply cannot imagine going to another dealership of any kind to purchase a new vehicle or have it serviced. Hendrick Toyota of Concord has consistently surpassed my expectations in every way. I have worked with Chip Gonion as my service advisor and he is the BEST! Chip exemplifies excellence in customer service- always helpful in every way and easy to work with.
So much for southern hospitality! By far the WORST service I have EVER received...from the “repairs” to the customer service. If you value your vehicle, your time and the truth, do NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership.

Great service. BUT very ANNOYED that they used my email address, that I gave for service information, to access my Facebook account and solicit a public review!! They didn't ask my permission. Too Orwellish for me!
