They found that one expensive issue was covered under a special extended warranty!! Thank you guys!!

Worse experience ever... The sales person was so rude to a point that his attitude drove me out of the dealership without buying the car. Never coming back and will make sure community/neighbors are well aware of it.
Very bad experience.. I would not recommend to Hendrick Toyota Concord to anyone. The service center guy was charging us way too much even though we had the coupon. Just for oil change he said that coupon will not work and we have to 100 bucks.. we had to cancel our appointment and have not done the car service there.
I have been taking my car to Hendrick Toyota of Concord for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. My customer service rep, Mr Gonion is so very genuine and I know I can trust him with each experience. He is friendly, attentive to detail and a very good listener. My needs are always met without any pressure. The entire atmosphere is very welcoming as well.
Chip Gonion always goes the extra mile to see that my Prius and I get what we need.
I am normally the first to tell someone to stay as far away from extended warranties as you can possibly get. Because I have been taken to the cleaners several times. However, this time I am extremely grateful that I purchased the extended warranty on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. We purchased the vehicle from Hendrick Toyota in Concord NC in 2015.
