I haven't dealt with them since MYSTERIOUSLY the air conditioning system of our Corolla somehow blew up while in THEIR hands for a fifteen - hundred dollar oil system makeover. Their Customer Service is exceptional! I have been there twice since purchasing my Prius. Ever staff member greeted me while I waited to have my car serviced. Eduardo in the Service Department treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota.
bought my tundra from here and Michael really helped me out. I told him everything i was looking for and he had one at another dealership that they had delivered to the dealership for me. It had everything i wanted. 4x4 trd double cab sr5. def will be getting my next vehicle from them again.

We had great people helping us to get the car we wanted. We had tried various dealers, and none could help us. Then we found Hendrick Toyota in Concord, and they were great. Bob Breidinger was our sales person, but we got help from various people, and they were all really nice. We also got a good price - and are loving our 2020 Prius Prime.
