Very courteous and professional!
Had an 11:45 appointment for oil change. 90 minutes later I check on my vehicle and I found out my service advisor is in a meeting and my car is just sitting out in a parking spot. With the millions of dollars Hendrick dealerships make a year, you'd think they could do a better job with service. Wish their was another dealership close by!!!!
There is definitely a design defect in my 2019 Tundra headliner. Yet Toyota says it’s “normal “ Also Pre-collision system kicked on for no reason and because there are no codes that show when they hook up to their machine they say there’s nothing wrong. Yet I have pictures that were sent to them and Toyota still says nothing is wrong. I find it unacceptable after paying $50,000 for a truck that there’s issues when there was less than 2000 miles on it and I’ll Hendrick and say is well Toyota says there’s nothing wrong with it... read more
Highly recommend. Salesman was Claude Gilles and he was very easy to work with
I went for an oil change the service man was nice and informative.
Wonderful sales experience. Service appointments are okay, there is a lack of communication about time, routine maintenance was 2 hours instead of 1 hour like expected which made me late for picking up my kids.
Awesome staff and very friendly! Worked with me to get me the best possible deal. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to purchase my new truck. Highly recommend!!
