Great Service Department
When i go in spending 40k on a car I'm the king, but when i deliver to service (tow operator) I'm meant to be at the beckon call and mercy of them.
We have had our company trucks serviced there and have always received good service at a reasonable price and the vehicles are ready when promised. Chip is the service advisor we usually deal with and he always takes care of us even if we call last minute.
Service department very professional. They always keep customers up to date on remaining wait time. Brad Treece is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Lance Blair did a phenomenal job waxing my black Camry. Looks like new again!
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota from Hendrick last week. The salesman I worked with, Joe Burke, did an excellent job from start to finish, working with me on the price, giving me exactly what I wanted on a trade, and made sure I was fully taken care of the day of the purchase. Both he and Kerry, the finance director, handled the deal with the highest degree of professionalism and I would highly recommend Hendrick for anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle.
