Don’t trust what they have posted or their ‘auto reply’ messages. Waste of time when the vehicle isn’t even available. Poor service
I purchased a Toyota 4Runner recently and Shelly Rivera helped my husband and I with the process and with our trade-in. She was personable and knowledgeable. I'm glad we chose Toyota of Concord for our next vehicle and that we had Shelly to assist us.
The service department is excellent. I always work with Chip Gonion and Travis Morton when I have my cars serviced. They make sure that my cars are maintained perfectly and are always extremely quick. I trust them 100% with their recommendations and know I will be taken care of.
The Hendrick team was great to work with and they made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
When i go in spending 40k on a car I'm the king, but when i deliver to service (tow operator) I'm meant to be at the beckon call and mercy of them.

I am normally the first to tell someone to stay as far away from extended warranties as you can possibly get. Because I have been taken to the cleaners several times. However, this time I am extremely grateful that I purchased the extended warranty on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. We purchased the vehicle from Hendrick Toyota in Concord NC in 2015.
