Great experience working with Eric Hall at Hendrick Toyota Concord. I was looking at two different vehicles and needed time to really analyze what was best for me. Eric took the time to explain the pros and cons of both vehicles and gave me time to think it through. He was polite, funny and just an easy sales representative to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Toyota

Had the pleasure of dealing with Rafa Guerra when looking to buy a Camry. Great salesman and all around great guy. Would recommend him to anyone. We plan to do business at this dealership again because of our experience with Rafa.
It took 3 calls to get someone in service to talk to me then I was told that a Chevrolet dealer wouldn’t work on my corvette because it was to old. (2001 w/28k original miles) Then I asked for a recommendation and was told “I don’t know”! Not much of a service dept.

So AWESOME to work with! This was my first time buying a car and Matt was very attentive to what I was looking for in my first car. He did not try to make me buy something that was out of my price range and talked to me in a language that I understood. I was also able to get a loan for recent college grads which allowed me to not have someone to sign with me a very competitive interest rate. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a car to visit Matt!
