Bought a car here and while the buying experience was good, I left my favorite CD in the car I traded in. I spoke to the woman who sold it to me and ask her to please send it back. Never received it. I called back there twice leaving her a voice mail to please call me back concerning my CD. Still have not got a call back or my CD. I finally called the manager two days ago and was told he would take care of it and asked for my number so he could get back with me. Still nothing. It's an old CD and no idea if I can replace it.
Love the GREAT service I always receive. Service dept . Advisors are super friendly and explain everything in detail.

Don’t go there if you expect a competitive offer. After making me a so-so offer yesterday (when I wasn’t ready to buy), today I went back after having done my homework to actually negotiate and leave with a car. But no such luck, as supposedly the car was priced incorrectly. The correct price is higher which is the reason they can’t come down any further from yesterday’s price. I call bullshit. Friendly staff, great selection of vehicles.
.2 miles. I called for their shuttle service, as it runs up and down the speedway frequently. I was told I had to speak to the person who put my vehicle in for servicing, who wasn't available. I was stayed at the hotel .2 miles away and had to struggle with my cane to the dealership. It wasn't a nice screen upon arrival. My knee was swollen and back was sore.
