There is definitely a design defect in my 2019 Tundra headliner. Yet Toyota says it’s “normal “ Also Pre-collision system kicked on for no reason and because there are no codes that show when they hook up to their machine they say there’s nothing wrong. Yet I have pictures that were sent to them and Toyota still says nothing is wrong. My husband and I went looking at the newest cars with no intention of buying that day. We ended up purchasing two vehicles. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our purchases. I would definitely do business with them again and suggest them to our friends and family.
I was literally at the end of the process of purchasing a 2017 Corolla. I gave them a check with the full asking price. When the guy brought the car around after "detailing" it, the car looked like they had just poured water on it. There were crumbs and dirt all over the inside of the car. To make matters worse, the manager was very rude about the situation. Needless to say, I took my money elsewhere.
Agents and service manager are there to help, I dealt with Chip who is very helpful.
Excellent Service and Brad is awesome.
