Consistent service, honest repairs and very considerate about providing pricing prior to work. They will not “scare” you into paying for something that is not necessary- they give the findings and let you decide what you are willing to pay for. I feel very confident that the repairs are done properly and at a fair price. Everyone is so nice and helpful- also, I love the 🍩’s!

Fantastic service experience at Hendrick Toyota of Concord. Steve Spooner explained everything clearly and professionally, and answered all of my questions. They provided good options and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision that wasn't comfortable. This is my first first experience with this dealership and I will definitely return the next time I need service!

Thank you for the great price on a liftgate LED light for my wife's van you quote $225.00 said whole thing had to be replaced did not use a light bulb. Today I looked at it and found out in fact it is a light bulb pack of 2 $1.39 cents. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a women rating from me 0
