So much for southern hospitality! By far the WORST service I have EVER received...from the “repairs” to the customer service. If you value your vehicle, your time and the truth, do NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership.
I was very pleased with my experience I will bring my car back even though my car is 17 years old they still took the time to help me and the work was done excellent thank you very much and I will come back thank you Jeremy Scott for being so helpful

We had a great experience that really helped me and my husband. He was rear ended and his car was totaled so we needed to replace his 2016 RAV4. We ended up getting a certified pre-owned 2016 Highlander which was an upgrade. Todd Moore was a pleasure to work with and helped us so much! He was professional and friendly and worked to get us a great deal! Definitely recommend him and this dealership!

Great service. BUT very ANNOYED that they used my email address, that I gave for service information, to access my Facebook account and solicit a public review!! They didn't ask my permission. Too Orwellish for me!
Had an 11:45 appointment for oil change. 90 minutes later I check on my vehicle and I found out my service advisor is in a meeting and my car is just sitting out in a parking spot. With the millions of dollars Hendrick dealerships make a year, you'd think they could do a better job with service. Wish their was another dealership close by!!!!
