My husband and myself just wasted HOURS at this location tonight, on my birthday of all nights! My husband's plan was to surprise me with a car for my birthday but that quickly went down in flames as we kept sitting there waiting with no answers other than "it'll be about another 10/15min" no follows up in between, no check-ins, we were left to sit there waiting.
