Todd Moore of Hendrick Toyota of Concord provided a great experience. Car buying is always a dreaded process but he and the dealership made it painless, efficient and the entire atmosphere was very friendly. Todd walked us through every step and was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. Definitely recommend him if your looking for a vehicle.
This Toyota is the fucking worst !!! They fail my inspection cause my tint too dark but I bought the car brand new at a Toyota dealership !!
The service person was amazing and showed us how to save money on oil changes. He was professional and very kind. We didn’t feel as though we were getting hosed by the sales person!

So much for southern hospitality! By far the WORST service I have EVER received...from the “repairs” to the customer service. If you value your vehicle, your time and the truth, do NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership.
I had a wonderful car buying experience at Hendricks Toyota a few weeks ago. My salesman was Thomas. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up with a great 2017 Corolla within my price range. Everyone who was working that day did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to buy a car.
