This Toyota is the fucking worst !!! They fail my inspection cause my tint too dark but I bought the car brand new at a Toyota dealership !!
Always a pleasure dealing with Chip Gonion in the Service Dept at Toyota Concord. He is always friendly, prompt with answering calls and questions and taking care of all my service needs with my Sienna. This is my second Toyota Sienna and I will always bring it here for service.
I own a 2019 Rav4 and kept hearing a rattle near the back. Took it to Hendrick and they solved the problem in minutes.
I went for my first service on my 2019 Toyota rav 4 and the serv dept was very friendly and efficient. Ryan met me as soon as I pulled into the garage and went over everything with me. I had an 8:45am appt and was out by 9:45
**update**. The remainder of the warranty work was completed today. Thank you Jay Moore for your help! As always, excellent service. 8/6/18***** The service department went above and beyond today to help me with several problems. They found that one expensive issue was covered under a special extended warranty!! Thank you guys!!

The service person was amazing and showed us how to save money on oil changes. He was professional and very kind. We didn’t feel as though we were getting hosed by the sales person!
